In this program, emphasis is placed on helping children develop a trusting relationship with the teachers while being introduced to stimulating experiences and group activities that  include manipulative and exploring materials, sequencing, tracking, puzzles, water and sand play, physical challenges, our unique soft surface playground, musical games, snack and story time.  We provide a clean, safe environment where teachers work to make the curriculum predictable, as well as flexible.  Children in our developmentally appropriate setting, where their strengths and styles of learning are valued, are willing to try new things that help them grow confident and secure.  Children learn with all their senses as they interact with their surroundings.

Parents are given the opportunity to engage in activities with their children as needed.

This PARENT GROUP meets in the classroom alongside the children.  The parent educator helps parents set realistic expectations, recognize appropriate behavior and understand the developmental process as it unfolds in the classroom.
