(20- 28 months)
1.5-2 hour program; 2 days a week
Tues/Thursday AM -  9:30 – 11:00 (11:30)

Children learn best when they feel safe and secure.  We provide an atmosphere that nurtures your child’s interests, and encourages curiosity and learning. The program is designed to help children feel confident in a classroom setting.  Activities are fun and relaxed while following a pace set by the children, as they explore materials, socialize, make choices and develop their physical abilities in both indoor and outdoor play.  Our goal is to provide opportunities for children to use their emerging language, learn to transition from one activity to another, and discover the magic of their imaginations while playing with their peers.  Through the use of age appropriate materials and a variety of experiences such as, music and movement, painting, gluing, play doh, blocks, dramatic play, circle time, cooking, sand and water play, the children are learn and  have fun at the same time.

PARENT GROUP meets once a week in the parent room while the children participate in activities in the adjoining classroom and outdoor playground.

Separation evolves as a gentle and gradual process dictated by the individual needs of each child and parent. We consider separation as on going and not a one time event.  We welcome a parent to stay in the classroom until both the child and parent feels secure enough to separate.

A small class size and three early childhood teachers, guarantees individual attention and support.  *** Potty training is not required to attend our programs.  ***
